Horrible experience today! I must start off saying that we’ve been going to this salon for over 3 years and never had an issue with me or my kids. My kids (both under 6) have knots. The ladies there used to be super nice and patient in taking out the knots. As one of my children was having their hair brushed, I heard the lady say that she had a tough head as she would be crying, might have been power of suggestion but my daughter started to cry shortly after. They were doing great and everything they could to finish. As I was holding my daughter’s hand one of the ladies there pulled me aside and said, in front of my other child, that it’s her professional responsibility that I take out the knots and bring them back later for a haircut. She was very rude stating that they don’t have the time to take all the knots out in the 30 min booking. However, they were almost done with my daughter and since we were early our booking hadn’t even started yet. Another associate said I can ask for a longer booking next time but I did let her know that as they are asking me to leave my bookings hadn’t started yet. I took my daughter with her hair not finished, paid and left. If anyone knows of a better salon for brushing out kids with tangles, please let me know. They seem to not want to do hair for kids and have lost a repeat customer. For adult hair they are very overpriced but since they were nice, I didn’t mind paying extra. Too bad and I don’t recommend this over priced salon.

Stylist bleached back of my shirt and failed to mention it. Hoping she wasn’t aware, but very doubtful. I had a protective gown on during my appointment but I guess it wasn’t put on me correctly.

She really knows what she’s doing and I fully trust her with my hair!Katrina did a wonderful job getting toner that turn my hair green out and nicely blended harsh highlights I previously had. She also took me in last minute!This salon is filled with kind and knowledgeable ladies. Highly recommend!
